OUR STAFF
We know that the cornerstone of our business is our staff.
All of our drivers are specially trained to deal with the needs of motorcycle rescues and recoveries and are all bike enthusiasts themselves. They undergo a minimum of one week’s induction training with our Training Manager, and thereafter will undergo training throughout their careers with SOS. Technical information is broadcast monthly via our company newsletter, and drivers’ performance is closely monitored and assessed by both our Managing Director and our Roadside Manager. Any training needs that are identified, from customer care to updating technical knowledge, are then dealt with promptly.
All roadside staff are uniformed and carry a photo ID card to reassure customers of their identity.
